Absolutely! We love dogs at the Crown and they are very welcome. We have biscuits always available on the bar which you can help yourself to and if you would like any water please just ask. The only thing we ask is that they are well behaved and on a lead.

Yes of course. We are lucky here to have an expert dedicated chef who is happy to make bespoke meals if requested in advance. Just get in touch and we will be happy to help you.

Yes, we do hope to renovate the pub further in the future. We want to sympathetically fully develop and utilise all areas of the pub to their full potential. And yes, in answer to everyone who mentions the toilets - this is on our 'hit' list! We also have some exciting plans for the gardens and the derelict big old shed outside.... we just need to survive the winter with the current energy crisis and then watch this space!

No unfortunately due to issues with the banks we are now cashless. We apologise for this. Please ensure you have a card or method of paying prior to ordering any food or drink with us. We accept most credit and debit cards but not American Express. We thank you for your kind understanding.

Yes we have a large car park at the rear of the pub. This car park is strictly for our own customers only - we have a simple rule that if you are using the pub, you can use the car park! If you would like to use it for any other reason, please contact us directly so we can see if we can help.

We do not show any football. But we are hoping to show the major rugby matches and any other major sporting events. Please get in touch if you would like any further information on this.

We are open to offering the pub for private events, dining or parties. We can also cater for wakes and can sympathetically cater for your requirements with this. Please get in touch with your ideas or event details and we will do our best to help!
